Japanese Language Class
The Indiana Japanese Language School Parents Association, in collaboration with the local community, proudly offers Japanese language classes through the Indiana Japanese Language School (IJLS). These classes aim to strengthen the connection between the Japanese community in Indiana and local residents.
(Participants must be 18 years or older.)
On Scheduled Saturdays
・Learn and practice basic Japanese skills like pronunciation, vocabulary, and listening. You’ll also get to explore Japanese customs and traditions to feel more connected to the culture.
・Join small group conversations, organized by skill level, with 1-2 Japanese native speakers at each table. Chat about Japanese holidays, traditions, and everyday life in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
It’s a great way to make friends and have fun while improving your Japanese!
Registration is required via Google Form, and each class is limited to
10 participants.
To complete your registration, please bring a $35 check or money order payable to "Indiana Japanese Language School" on the rfirst day of class.
(We are not able to accept cash)
Late registration may be allowed if there are open spots. However, tuition
for missed sessions will not be prorated or refund.
